His impressive track record is adorned with accomplishments as the Director of Construction for prominent national companies. In this role, he took the helm of overseeing multiple multi-million dollar projects, orchestrating them from the preliminary stages of pre-construction to the meticulous scrutiny of final construction audits.

He serves as JCHC’s Director of Finance and Risk Management.

Andrew's skill set is broad and multifaceted, encompassing strategic direction, cost accounting, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and working capital management. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and drive organizational success is well-regarded in the industry.

Throughout his career, Andrew has applied his expertise to multinational SEC-listed corporations around the globe. He has led multi-year projects that integrate construction with manufacturing and engineering for multinational conglomerates, demonstrating his capability to manage large-scale, intricate projects successfully.

Andrew's contributions have consistently resulted in enhanced financial performance, streamlined operations, and strengthened stakeholder relationships, making him an invaluable asset to any organization.

BRAD HOLTFRETER

Director of Construction

Brad is a seasoned construction and project management professional with a strong background in architectural design, electrical systems, and mechanical engineering. With over a decade of experience, Bradly has proven his expertise in leading large-scale projects across various sectors, including multifamily residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure.

Currently serving as the Director of Construction, Bradly oversees multimillion-dollar projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. His recent accomplishments include managing a $22 million multifamily project and a $24 million hotel rehabilitation. Prior to this, he was a Senior Project Manager at Stansell Electric in Nashville, where he successfully led a $11 million hotel project and a $24 million water treatment plant.

Brad’s extensive project portfolio also includes managing high-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and significant infrastructure projects in Seattle with SME Inc. and other firms. His technical skills encompass a wide range of software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks, and he is proficient in all aspects of project management from scope and cost management to team leadership and risk mitigation.

STACY STROHM

Director of New business

Development

Stacy is an experienced professional with 25 years of expertise in Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Program and Project Management.  Currently, Stacy serves as the Director of New Business Development at JCHC, where she spearheads initiatives to drive growth and cultivate strategic partnerships. Her role is pivotal in shaping the organization's trajectory and expanding its market presence.

Prior to her tenure at JCHC, Stacy held several key leadership positions at renowned institutions across the country.  At PNC Bank within Corporate Headquarters, she excelled as a Senior Program Manager in Corporate Real Estate. Her contributions at PNC were marked by innovative strategies that optimized operational efficiencies and elevated program and project outcomes. Stacy's career journey also includes impactful roles within Westinghouse’s Corporate Headquarters, where her leadership and knowledge of project management and controls provided vital support in the nuclear industry. In addition, Stacy held strategic leadership roles within the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, a Department of Energy affiliated organization, where she served as a Strategic Planning Manager in Facilities and Operations. Here she worked with executive management providing support to key business development and organizational strategies.

With a proven track record of achieving results and a steadfast commitment to excellence, Stacy is recognized for her ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver tangible outcomes. She is dedicated to fostering meaningful business relationships and remains focused on advancing strategic growth initiatives.  

Stacy has excelled in her educational studies with honors and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a minor in Human Resource Management from Pennsylvania State University. In her free time, she continues her education and personal development by attending forums, classes, and partnering with local groups and chapters, as well as enjoying time with her family and children.

Jon is a well experienced Senior Design and Construction Project Manager and renowned for delivering exceptional results in complex projects. His expertise spans various sectors, including commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure. He is proficient in utilizing cutting-edge project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes, mitigate risks, and optimize project outcomes. He is deeply committed to LEED and the challenges of developing and implementing long-term sustainable building practices at a feasible price point for consumers.

Jon's journey in construction began on a farm in Pennsylvania, where he developed a strong work ethic and hands-on skills in building and repairing structures. He furthered his technical abilities by attending school for Advanced Electrical Technology in Colorado, which laid the foundation for his diverse career path. Jon's career has taken him through a variety of roles and locations, including people management in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, project management in the North Dakota oil fields, and transporting heavy and oversized equipment for private and military contracts.

In addition to his technical skills, Jon built residential houses for a home builder, managing the construction of about 40 houses annually ranging from $400,000 to $1.1 million and started his own contracting business, where he refined his carpentry skills over five years. These experiences have equipped him with a robust problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle complex logistics and diverse project requirements
